Refund Policy

At Tradition With A Twist, we are committed to providing high-quality spiritual guidance, life coaching, energy healing, workshops, and retreats. Below are the terms of our refund policy:

SPIRITUAL READINGS, LIFE COACHING & ENERGY HEALING

Refunds are not available for spiritual readings, life coaching, and energy healing services due to the intrinsic nature of these services.

• No Shows: If a client does not attend their scheduled appointment (in-person, phone, or virtual), no refund will be issued. The practitioner will attempt to contact the client by phone twice before marking them as a "no-show."
• Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for an in-person session will not be eligible for a refund.

WORKSHOPS & RETREATS

We offer the following refund policy for cancellations related to our workshops and retreats:

• Cancellations made 10 or more days before the event are eligible for a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made 7-9 days before the event can receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made 5-6 days before the event qualify for a 25% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 5 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.*

All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method when applicable. 

*We encourage clients who need to cancel within 5 days of the event to reach out and discuss their circumstances, as we may consider making exceptions.

PRODUCTS

Our product offerings are curated based on healing type and may include various items. Please note that due to potential variations in stock, you might not receive the exact item shown in the display image. However, we will always strive to fulfill your request with a comparable item. 

Refunds will be provided for damaged or defective products only. 

Refund Process: Customers must contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 10 days from receipt, to report any damaged or defective merchandise eligible for a refund.

All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method when applicable.
